Job Description: Digital Art Director

Build and design the future through creative design. The ideal candidate has an eye for clean and artful design and possesses superior interaction design and web design skills. They will be quick on their feet and passionate about delivering beautiful, intuitive, and functional user experiences. They will create visual experiences that engage, inspire, inform, and captivate iFOLIO® clients, partners, and prospects.

The ideal candidate is driven for achievement and creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead art direction for digital campaigns & the lifecycle of projects from conception to hand-off

Create cutting edge visuals, animations, & user experiences to maximize client engagement

Be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multi-task across multiple projects and clients in a fun, fast-paced, team-based environment

Collaborate with team and work closely with Creative Director to ensure all objectives are met

Assist with internal marketing efforts, including social graphics, conference materials and more

Create stunning custom landing pages, presentations, and digital campaigns via iFOLIO platform for clients

Continuously learn, develop and grow your digital talent and skillsets

Create your own iFOLIO® digital portfolio! Support Team iFOLIO as we help clients deliver stunning digital experiences with the iFOLIO® platform

Requirements:

Portfolio of digital projects

2-3 years digital design experience, agency or in-house

MarTech experience (email marketing, web marketing, text message, content marketing)

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent

Strong web design and interactive graphic design skills included in your portfolio

A critical eye for visual details such as color, typography, and composition

Passion for Design. Up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies. An interest in Digital Marketing

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Understands how to design for responsive desktop and mobile experiences

Highly creative with devising digital solutions that engage, inform, and motivate target audiences

Attention to detail and strong organization and time management skills
