Enterprise Team:
Our Enterprise team focuses on working with our most strategic customers. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities, plus your own digital business card, digital presentations & proposals, and leaderboard analytics!
iFOLIO is a product-led, customer-focused company. We continue to invest in our R&D and our hosted software with monthly product releases. iFOLIO’s approach to Accounts and Growth is to support our Enterprise Accounts with Customer Success, Creative, and Account Executives. CS and Creative lead delivery, satisfaction, and support for the Accounts. The Account Executive leads new business development with current accounts and new ones.
Day-to-day:
Our CS team engages with our strategic accounts from their first day. They build positive, trusted relationships, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their iFOLIO tools and investments.
Customer Success:
• Customer Enthusiasm: lead full client engagement cycle from welcome to introduction of their creative to delivery of custom creative.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with iFOLIO Creative Team & resources to ensure strategic alignment.
• Deliver trainings and custom creative to maintain customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Share the iFOLIO value proposition with existing clients so they can utilize the product in innovative ways.
• Coordinate internal iFOLIO resources to meet customer business needs.
• Best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency: Learn the product and playbook of how current customers are innovating with iFOLIO. Educate clients on the power and value of a collaborative digital platform for sales, marketing, and analytics. Share your digital business card and digital sales presentation!
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 years in Enterprise Software
• Management of one large key account
• Ability to strategize with a team
• Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
