FAQs

What kind of training methods do you use?

I use positive reinforcement techniques that focus on rewarding desired behaviors rather than punishing unwanted ones. This builds trust, confidence, and lasting results for both you and your dog.

What should I bring to a session?

Bring your dog’s favorite high-value treats, a leash (no retractables, please), a well-fitted harness or collar, and any questions you have! For puppies, bring potty bags and a water bowl too.

How many sessions will my dog need?

It depends on your dog’s age, temperament, and goals. Some behaviors can improve in just a few sessions, while others (like reactivity or anxiety) may require ongoing work. I’ll help you create a plan that fits your dog’s needs and your schedule.

Do you work with aggressive or reactive dogs?

Yes! I have experience working with a range of behavioral challenges, including leash reactivity, fear-based aggression, and anxiety. Every plan is customized to help your dog feel safer, more confident, and in control.
