Edmunds Center

Interactive Floor Plan

   .........................................................................................................................

Name a Space to Support Students, Excellence and Community

The Edmunds Center was built in 1974 and named after Dr. J. Ollie Edmunds, a Stetson graduate as well as former trustee, president and chancellor. A multipurpose space used for university and athletic events as well as numerous summer camps annually, it is also the home court of Stetson men’s and women’s basketball and women’s volleyball.

Serving an estimated 60,000 guests each year, the Edmunds Center is one of the constants throughout our students’ experience at Stetson— from their earliest visits as high school students at Hatter Saturday, to regular events like Convocation, new student orientation, the Homecoming Pep Rally, concerts, and volleyball and basketball contests, to the final chapter as those students become Stetson graduates at Commencement.

To continue to serve its many audiences, Stetson University requires a contemporary, attractive and functional space—a space that delivers a high-quality, comfortable experience for students, fans and members of the community and one that matches the caliber of Stetson University and its athletic programs. A renovated Edmunds Center serves Stetson well for many years to come. If you are interested in funding a naming opportunity, please review a list of naming opportunities available and/or reach out to us (contact information below).
