Alan Corey
Alan Corey is a an Atlanta-based real estate entrepreneur and published author. Over his 18 years in real estate, Alan has led one of the top-producing real estate teams in Metro-Atlanta and co-founded PutPostIn, a technology company to assist agents on their real estate listings. Alan published "A Million Bucks by 30" and "The Subversive Job Search", both real estate and career-advice books aimed at twenty-somethings.
Damien Scott
Damien graduated from UCLA, was a two sport athlete, captain of the UCLA Bruins MVB team and leading them to their 19th Championship for Men’s Volleyball. He then began his professional volleyball career, which consisted of teams in Puerto Rico, where he was named MVP, Turkey, Kuwait, Greece, Italy, France and with the USA Men's National team. In addition to his athletic career, Damien spent time coaching all over the US. He has led high school and club programs in Southern California and Georgia, as well as founding ProVolley.
Moving to Atlanta is where he began his real estate ventures. Starting in triplexes and quads. Eventually moving to multifamily and then springboarding into being an owner/manager of over 100 apartments.
John Grosso
John Grosso is a seasoned real estate investment professional with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management across major U.S. markets, including San Francisco, New York, Houston, and Atlanta. Currently serving as Managing Director of Acquisitions at Livingston Street Capital, he leads the firm's efforts in sourcing and executing strategic investments in the active adult and independent living sectors. Under his leadership, Livingston Street Capital has acquired over 1,500 units in this niche, contributing to a $400 million portfolio of senior housing assets.
Beyond his professional endeavors, John is an avid supporter of UCLA football, enjoys walking the Atlanta Beltline, and has a passion for travel.
