The Honors Program Career Connections series takes students on trips to the cities most popular with young professionals, where they take tours of graduate schools and major employers, and spend time with program alumni.
Wellness Programs
NC State Wellness and Recreation provides premier, innovative and inclusive programs, services, and facilities that promote healthy, active lifestyles to enhance student success.
Arts Programs
We support artist-in-residence programs and provide affordable student tickets for performances.
The Academic Success Center provides a wide variety of free programs and resources, including tutoring, writing support and wellness initiatives.
Career Development
The Career Development Center helps NC State students become standout job candidates through resume workshops, internships and cooperative education programs.
Student Activities
We aim to create an environment where students can find their place and have a sense of belonging through more than 600 student organizations, 15 Living and Learning Villages, and Fraternity and Sorority Life.

On Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022, NC State University welcomed our newest students to the Wolfpack at Convocation. College of Design professor Kofi Boone delivered the convocation address. With 5,601 students, the class of 2026 is the largest and most diverse first-year class in NC State history!
