Hands-on Experiential Laboratories

Data Analytics Laboratory - $1,500,000

An essential component of LEE’s ability to increase its prominence amongst business schools is to offer innovative and state-of-the-art hands-on learning experiences. The interdisciplinary data analytics research laboratory will provide students with learning outcomes on big data and data science, giving them firsthand experience finding solutions to some of the most challenging problems facing businesses today. The lab will seat approximately 30 students.

Financial Markets Laboratory - $1,500,000

The financial markets laboratory will provide students with a unique educational experience managing data in real-time as they prepare for a career in the financial industry. For example, our students who oversee student-run investment funds will use the lab to expand their knowledge, skills, and understanding of investing. As a result, students will graduate from LEE with the skillset required to succeed in finance and other industries. Roughly 30 students will be able to access the lab at a time.

Suite for LEE Centers of Excellence - $3,000,000

One of the pride points of Lee Business School is its internationally recognized centers of excellence. Our centers provide resources and expertise to the community in various specialized areas and allow students to engage in applied research that has a meaningful and measurable societal impact.

Tutor Laboratory -
$1,500,000

The goal of this laboratory is to provide flexibility for instruction  and our renowned faculty. This laboratory will enable us to offer diverse instruction to our students in a hands-on educational setting of 30 or fewer.

Second Floor - $10 million

Large Classroom (2) -
$2,500,000 ea.

The large classroom will allow LEE to teach courses with an enrollment of upwards of 75 students. Previously, these courses were facilitated in eight different buildings across campus. This will allow students and faculty to spend more time in our new facility.

Lecture Hall - $5,000,000

Likely to be one of the most used spaces on campus, the lecture hall will host internationally recognized distinguished speakers, provide instruction for large courses, and feature seating of 180, making it one of the largest spaces on campus.

Cyber Security Laboratory
$1,500,000

As cybersecurity has become a global phenomenon, this laboratory will allow LEE students to practice ethical hacking without posing a risk to the educational environment. Through rigorous training, LEE students will learn how to thwart cybercriminals' attacks. The lab will allow nearly 30 students to train in cybersecurity simultaneously.

Business/Computer Technology Laboratory
$1,500,000

This instructional laboratory will utilize advanced smart technology to provide interdisciplinary education, assist business students in advancing their entrepreneurial aspirations, and explore solutions to many industry challenges.

2nd Floor Lobby (commons area)
$2,000,000

The 2nd-floor lobby will be the landing for guests and students as they matriculate from the first floor of the building. The commons area will allow students and visitors to answer last-minute emails, connect socially with colleagues, or enjoy a beverage or meal from the Rebel Business Café before or after class.

Third Floor - $3.5 million

Large Classroom (2) -
$2,500,000 ea.

Likely to be one of the most popular spaces on campus, the lecture hall will host internationally recognized distinguished speakers, provide instruction for large courses, and feature seating of 180, making it one of the largest meeting areas on campus.


Medium Classroom (2) -
$1,500,000 ea.


The medium classrooms will allow us to teach courses with an enrollment of upwards of 60 students. Previously, these courses were facilitated in eight different buildings across campus. This will allow students and faculty to spend more time in our new expansive facility.

Outdoor Deck -

Featuring breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip, the outdoor deck will be the crown jewel of the building. Students, faculty, and staff will be able to utilize this space to enjoy a breath of fresh air, lunch, and mingle with colleagues. This area will also host events such as graduation celebrations, corporate receptions, student-run events, and exclusive donor events.

A key component of UNLV and Lee Business School maintaining our R1 status as a research-intensive university is to expand our doctoral-level education programs. Student Organizations Space - $500,000

This will be a dedicated area for more than 15 student groups. The space will feature storage facilities for our organizations and rooms for them to collaborate. Naming this space will provide a donor or corporate entity the chance to have their name and brand in front of LEE’s most engaged and accomplished students.

External Courtyards (3) - $500,000 ea.

The external courtyards will be the first area guests experience when they arrive at the new building. Thus, this is a unique opportunity to ensure that your brand or name welcomes visitors as they enter the building year-round. The external courtyards welcome students, parents, corporate partners, and the Las Vegas community to Lee Business School, featuring well-manicured desert landscaping and comfortable seating options.

Quiet Study Lounge: $1,000,000

The quiet study lounge will provide students with a dedicated area to study and complete assignments before or after class. Approximately 40 students can utilize this space at any given time.

1st-floor and 3rd-floor Stairwell: $100,000 ea.

This is a unique naming opportunity as the stairwells prominently connect two floors and will feature high foot traffic.

Huddle Spaces (20) $50,000 ea.

The huddle spaces, located throughout the building, will be accessed through a comprehensive reservation system, allowing up to two students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to meet privately while also feeling a part of the broader building community. Featuring glass walls and innovative technology and resources, huddle spaces will be ideal for group projects, participating in online programs, and much more.

Small Group Study Rooms (15) - $75,000 ea.

The small group study rooms, located throughout the building, will be accessible through a comprehensive reservation system, allowing up to five students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to meet privately while also feeling a part of the broader building community. Featuring glass walls and innovative technology and resources, huddle spaces will be ideal for group projects, participating in online programs, and much more.

Faculty Office (several) $50,000 ea.

Do you have a favorite professor? You may have a strong affinity with the department you received your degree from or worked closely with over the years. This is a unique opportunity to leave your legacy. Alternatively, any endowed scholarship or graduate fellowship of $50,000 or more comes with the chance to name a faculty office.

Faculty Large Conference Room (3): $250,000 ea.

Supporting the faculty who provide instruction to LEE Business School students is critical in maintaining or increasing LEE’s notoriety internationally among business schools. Join us in supporting our beloved professors by naming one of the three large faculty conference rooms that seat up to 20 individuals.

Faculty Small Conference Room (3): $100,000 ea

Supporting the faculty who provide instruction to LEE Business School students is critical in maintaining or increasing LEE’s notoriety internationally among business schools. Join us in supporting our beloved professors by naming one of the three small faculty conference rooms that seat up to 10 individuals.

Touchdown Nooks (30): $10,000 ea.

The touchdown nooks will be informal areas throughout the building that will allow up to two people to connect. These spaces provide community and dedicated study space for our students and guests.

Courtyard Bench: $10,000

This is an opportunity to enshrine your family’s or business’ legacy outside the new building by providing seating for visitors as they enter or exit the new building. Benches will be prominently displayed in each well-manicured courtyard area surrounding the building.


Donor Wall: Alumni (ten years removed and up) and Friends (unlimited space) - $2,500+

Although some LEE alumni will not have the pleasure of benefiting from the new building, our goal is to connect the current generation of Lee Business School students to the generation before them. Contributing at this level will entrench a donor’s legacy into LEE for decades.
