20 YEARS OF IMPACT
With your generous help, we've been prioritizing higher education in Georgia for the past 20 years! We've started by preparing the students who have now become the doctors, nurses, educators, attorneys, engineers, accountants, entrepreneurs and donors who make our economy grow. And now, by focusing on need-based scholarships across each USG institution, we are able to provide resources to students who do not need a hand-out but a hand-up and create opportunities for all students to thrive and graduate. Thank you for celebrating 20 years of success with us! Without you, we would not be here today!
MESSAGE OF THANKS
As I reflect on my first year with the University System of Georgia Foundation, I am both humbled and excited by all that we have accomplished. I am also looking forward with great anticipation to what lies ahead.
Thanks to your generous and intentional support, we were able to award impactful, need-based scholarship packages to each and every one of our institutions. These scholarships will support students across the state. Together, we can and will support Georgia’s future educators, nurses, architects, accountants, pilots, and professionals. We will continue to invest in our deserving students as they grow, thrive, and shape our communities for generations to come.
We are immensely grateful for your support and the impact you have on students pursuing higher education in Georgia. Thank you for your continued dedication to their success. When our students succeed, our state succeeds, and we are honored to partner with you on this journey.

Jordan Madden Thanks USG!
The 2024 Regents Gala was honored to have scholarship recipient Jordan Madden cap off the evening with an inspiring and heartfelt thank you to all who attended.
A few of Jordan's highlights:
- Served as a Gloria S. Butler Fellow with the Georgia Senate Democratic Caucus.
- Co-hosted Beyond the Capitol, the 2nd Annual “Let’s Talk About Governance” at Georgia State University.
- Helped execute “Pathways to Power: A Tour for Future Government Leaders.
- Upcoming honoree of the Nell Hamilton Trotter Student Leadership Award, Georgia State's highest student leader recognition.
"Leadership has always been at the core of who I am. From community organizing and student government to public policy and mentorship, I've never stopped working to make a difference. The Gala community reminded me that I'm not doing this work alone." - Jordan Madden
Jordan has a bright future ahead, and USG is looking forward to all that he will accomplish for our community and state.
