Scheduling a Visual Email Campaign
Learn how to use iFOLIO's Visual Email Builder to build visually appealing email content and increase engagement.
Visually appealing emails lead to higher open rates and higher campaign engagement. iFOLIO makes building appealing email content easy. Here's how you can level-up your email campaigns with the iFOLIO Visual Email Builder.

Set Up Your Campaign
From the Campaign Dashboard, select your iFOLIO and choose the date and time for your campaign send. Click the Next Step button to continue to the Visual Email editor.
Edit Your Message
Scroll past the text editor for now (or learn how to make a Visual Text Message here.) You'll find the Visual Email Builder below. Use the Message Editor on the left side of the screen to add your subject line, body copy, signature, and optional BCC address. When typing in the fields on the left, you'll see your changes reflected live in the email preview window on the right. Leaving the [First Name] bracket intact will automatically populate with each contact’s name as listed in your campaign list.
Change Button Color
Use the Button Color option next to the Subject Line to change the color of your link button. Select from account colors or basic colors, or add a custom color using the Color Picker or a hex code. View changes in the preview window.
Upload an Avatar & Banner Image
Click the Add Image button in the avatar circle and banner at the top of the email preview to upload or select an image from the media library. Use the crop tool to ensure that the banner fits properly.
The avatar and/or banner can be removed by deselecting the corresponding checkbox below the preview window.
Add an Email Signature Image
Click the Add Image button next to the email signature to upload or select an image from the media library. Use the crop tool to ensure that the image fits properly. The signature image can be removed by deselecting the corresponding checkbox below the preview window.
Send a Test Email To Yourself
Underneath the Message Editor on the left side, look for the “Test to yourself” field. Enter your email address and hit Send to immediately send your Visual Email to yourself to ensure everything appears as intended. If your email looks right, you can go on to the next step and send your campaign!
Use Analytics to Measure Your Campaign
After you send your campaign. You can use iFOLIOs integrated Campaign analytics to measure effectiveness, capitalize on leads, and drive conversion. See Deliverability Metrics, Opens, Clicks on Links, Bounces, Heatmaps of Interest, and more!
