An experienced Guard, Kara joined the Trojans through the transfer portal for 2025 after a career best season at Georgia Tech in which she led the Yellow Jackets to a NCAA Tournament appearance.

In 2024-25 she earned All-ACC first Team honors and distinguished herself as National Player of the Week (Dec. 31) en route to being the the Jackets' top scorer with an impressive 15.5 points per game. Starting all 33 games, Kara shot 49.3% on FGs and an impressive 80.3% from the line. She also made a career high 52 3PT and grabbed 5.8 rebounds per game, second on the team.

In 2023-24, Dunn showcased her versatility and impact on the court, contributing not only through scoring but also through rebounds, assists, and steals. Her season highlights include leading her team in points and rebounds against formidable opponents like No. 20 Louisville and Wake Forest. As a resilient and dynamic player, Dunn's contributions were pivotal in guiding her team through the ACC Tournament and the WBIT.
