iFOLIO is hiring a full-stack engineer to work with the team that builds and maintains our cloud-based portfolio and sharing platform. You'll work across backend APIs, frontend applications, and the infrastructure that ties them together, collaborating with product, design, QA, and IT while operating under SOC 2 controls.
Our dev team manages the enterprise platform that is triple-patented and SOC 2 Type 2 Certified.
Now we are building out the ATL tech team for this platform.


What you'll do:

• Build and maintain backend services in PHP/Laravel and Node.js
• Build frontend features in React (Redux Toolkit)
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs consumed by web and embedded clients
• Work with MySQL (Eloquent ORM) and MongoDB as appropriate to the subsystem
• Integrate with SendGrid, Twilio, Stripe, and AWS services (CloudFront, S3, ECS)
• Write unit and integration tests; support QA in automation where it makes sense
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in line with SLA commitments
• Document features, decisions, and operational runbooks
• Coordinate across development, design, and QA; communicate status clearly

What we're looking for:
Technology Stack:

• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework
• Proficiency in Node.js on the backend
• Proficiency in React on the frontend
• Experience with SendGrid and Twilio for large-scale email and SMS campaigns, including delivery tracking and webhook handling
• MySQL and Eloquent (or equivalent ORM), and a solid grasp of RESTful API design
• MongoDB for document-oriented workloads
• Redis / ElastiCache for caching and queues
• AWS experience — CloudFront, S3, and ECS (or an equivalent container runtime)
• Stripe integration experience
• Git-based workflow
• Strong written communication — we work asynchronously across multiple services
• Go is a plus
• Experience working in SOC 2 / regulated environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
